THE HOTEL
If you are thinking of Summer, the first thing that comes to your mind is a cooler place to stay. There is no other easy way to combat the summer heat but to run into a hotel, get freeze 24 hours with the ac and stay away from the 36 degrees Celsius weather in the metro. I came to Remington Hotel in Newport City, Pasay. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and everything was a great experience.

THE BED
Checked-in in their standard room. The room has two queen sized bed which will fit a gang of 6. Since it is a no-frills hotel, all you can find is the basic comfort that they provide. No swimming pools and everything. So if you plan to have fun while staying, you will resort to the 32 inch LCD television with cable, their in-room wifi and of course just maximize the ac.

A buffet breakfast is being served from 7 am to 11 am (Take note, breakfast is NOT included in the room rates). I enjoyed the breakfast but honestly, I wont recommend it to those who are checking-in in the hotel. It is a little bit pricey (420 pesos) which I believe you can get a better meal from 7-11 or McDonalds which are located just beside the hotel or better go to the Newport Mall to have more options of dining experience.
